Meet Daniel
Daniel Darby is an ethical jeweller who blends modern and vintage designs to create stylish and elegant pieces. Daniel’s work draws on Art Deco geometry. Each bespoke jewellery commission is made to order using traditional techniques so every ring and setting has its own character and a careful, hand-finished quality. Working from his London workshop, Daniel designs, hand-carves, engraves and finishes each piece, making them totally unique.
Ethical materials and responsible sourcing
Ethical materials are central to Daniel Darby’s jewellery designs. He uses 100% recycled precious metals or Fairtrade certified metals wherever possible. All gemstones are conflict-free and, when available, supplied with traceability to mines that meet strict ethical standards. This means your jewellery is made with care for you and the planet.
Collaborative process
Daniel works with his clients in a collaborative way. It all starts with a conversation to discuss your ideas, timeline and budget. Daniel then shares his design sketches and material options for you to review before getting to work on the final piece. He will ensure that the fit and finish is perfect before advising you about how to care for your new heirloom.
