Always taking place in unique, wedding venues across the UK, we are known for our curation — only showcasing suppliers that our modern couples will genuinely love.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR UK WEDDING FAIRS

  • Usually 11pm - 3pm with last entry at 2.30pm. In the event there is any change, this will be stated on the individual event page.

  • Last entry is 2.30pm

  • Advanced tickets are recommended. It gives our suppliers an idea of what to expect and prepare. Due to the nature of our events, it’s not unusual for tickets to sell out. If the event does not sell out, tickets will be available on the door but entry will be more.

  • Absolutely! Our events and suppliers are all LGBTQ+ inclusive and we pride ourselves on being friendly and fun! If this doesn't sound like something you can get on board with then please don't come.

  • Children are welcome and those under 14s do not need to purchase a ticket. 

  • Yes - we only work with venues that are accessible - usually with ground floor access and lifts (if there are multiple floors)

  • Not to be mistaken with the big, corporate exhibitions - our events take place inside intimate and atmospheric spaces. Supplier numbers are never guaranteed and depend on the venues we are working with but you can expect anything from 15 (for our smaller venues) to 30+ (for our bigger venues) of the most creative, independent wedding businesses that have been cherry-picked by us, especially for you.

  • All ticket sales are final. If something happens and you can no longer make it - we will happily provide you with a full list of all suppliers who took part in the day so that you can still contact them and take advantage of any exclusive offers.

  • This is completely up to you and how long you choose to spend engaging with our suppliers.

  • Absolutely! Although, this is a personal choice for our suppliers. Many of them come up will provide ‘show only’ discounts and offers for our attendees - these are usually time-sensitive, so if you like something you see - book it in!

  • Absolutely! We only partner with venues that we think our modern couples will feel at home in, and we love it when you go on to book them for your wedding. There is no obligation though. Many of our attendees will have already booked their venue elsewhere.
