Book Of Love: Supplier Terms & Conditions

“MNT” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to the organisers and operators of the Book of Love Directory.
“Supplier” / “You” / “Your” refers to any business, individual, or organisation subscribing to the Book of Love Directory.
“Directory” refers to the Book of Love online supplier directory operated by MNT.

Joining the Directory is on a subscription basis, with fees payable in advance.
Payment must be made in full before a listing goes live.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5 below. All suppliers will receive an email reminder when their membership is coming to an end - this will give the opprtunity to cancel or renew.

All subscriptions are non-refundable.
This applies whether or not you receive enquiries, bookings, or traffic through the Directory.
Once payment has been made, you are committed for the duration of your subscription term.

MNT will provide your business with a listing in the Directory for the period of your subscription.
You are responsible for supplying accurate and up-to-date information, images, and contact details for your listing.
MNT reserves the right to edit, amend, or remove any content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, or deemed unsuitable for the Directory.
Suppliers must provide all required assets (including images, text, and contact details) within 2 months of the subscription payment date.
The 12-month subscription period will commence from the date the listing goes live, not the payment date.
If a Supplier fails to provide the required assets within 2 months, MNT reserves the right to cancel the listing without refund.
This policy is in place to reduce administrative delays and ensure the Directory remains accurate and up-to-date.

Subscriptions are ongoing and will renew automatically unless cancelled by you in writing before the renewal date.
Suppliers are solely responsible for managing and cancelling their subscriptions. MNT accepts no responsibility for suppliers who fail to cancel when given the opportunity. No refunds will be given in such cases.
For this reason, we strongly advise suppliers not to unsubscribe from our email list, as renewal reminders and important subscription updates are sent via email.
MNT reserves the right to suspend or remove a listing without refund if a Supplier breaches these Terms & Conditions or if their conduct is deemed damaging to the reputation of MNT or the Directory.

While MNT promotes the Directory and invests in marketing, we do not guarantee enquiries, bookings, sales, or traffic for Suppliers.
Success depends on many factors outside of MNT’s control, including your business offering, pricing, reputation, and customer demand.

Suppliers are solely responsible for ensuring that any images, text, logos, or other content they provide for their Directory listing are:
- Accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
- Owned by them or properly licensed for use in their listing.
- Free from any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement.
By submitting content, Suppliers grant MNT a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purposes of operating, marketing, and promoting the Directory.
MNT accepts no responsibility for any disputes, claims, or liabilities arising from the content provided by Suppliers.
Suppliers agree to indemnify and hold harmless MNT from any claims relating to copyright, intellectual property, or misuse of images/content supplied.

MNT accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or business interruption suffered by Suppliers as a result of being listed in the Directory.
Suppliers are solely responsible for any contracts, transactions, or agreements entered into with couples or third parties via the Directory.
Suppliers agree to indemnify and hold harmless MNT against any claims, damages, or disputes arising from their participation in the Directory.

MNT shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, internet or hosting outages, strikes, or pandemics).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales (for UK suppliers) and the Republic of Ireland (for Irish suppliers).
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant country.

By subscribing to the Book of Love Directory, paying the subscription fee, or continuing to maintain a live listing, Suppliers confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
