MNT Member: Supplier Terms & Conditions

Definitions


“MNT” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to the organisers and operators of the MNT Membership and associated platforms.

“Supplier” / “You” / “Your” refers to any business, individual, or organisation subscribing to the MNT Membership.

“Membership” refers to the MNT Membership programme operated by MNT.

“Membership Benefits” refers collectively to all features, inclusions, resources, opportunities, and services made available to Members. This may include, but is not limited to, a Book Of Love Directory listing, access to the Membership Hub, educational resources, marketing opportunities, visibility features, community access, and any other benefits provided during the subscription term.

  1. Nature of Membership
    The MNT Membership provides access to a range of Membership Benefits.

A directory listing forms only one component of the Membership and is not the sole deliverable or measure of value.

Membership fees cover access to the Membership as a whole rather than any single feature, outcome, or benefit.

  1. Subscription & Payment
    Joining the Membership is on an annual subscription basis, with fees payable in advance.

Payment in full (or the first payment of a split payment option) must be made before any Membership Benefits, including directory listings, are activated.

Your Membership begins on the date your first payment is made. From this date, you are granted access to the Membership Hub and all applicable Membership Benefits.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5 below. Suppliers will receive a renewal reminder prior to the renewal date.

  1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
    All Membership subscriptions are non-refundable.

This applies regardless of usage, participation level, enquiries received, directory performance, or business results.

Membership fees relate to access to Membership Benefits, not guaranteed outcomes.

Once payment has been made, you are committed for the duration of your subscription term.

  1. Directory Listing Activation & Supplier Assets
    Where applicable, MNT will provide your business with a listing in the Book Of Love Directory for the duration of your subscription.

Suppliers are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and up-to-date information, images, and contact details.

MNT reserves the right to edit, amend, or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, or unsuitable.

Suppliers must provide required listing assets within 2 months of the subscription payment date.

The 12-month subscription period commences from the date of first payment, not the listing activation date.

Failure to supply required assets within 2 months may result in cancellation of the Membership without refund.

  1. Renewal & Termination
    Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in writing prior to the renewal date.

Suppliers are responsible for managing their subscriptions. No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel.

Suppliers are strongly advised to remain subscribed to MNT communications, as important updates and renewal notices are issued via email.

MNT reserves the right to suspend or terminate Membership without refund where a Supplier breaches these Terms or engages in conduct deemed damaging to MNT.

  1. No Guarantee of Results
    MNT does not guarantee enquiries, bookings, sales, traffic, visibility levels, or business outcomes.

This applies to the Membership as a whole and to all individual Membership Benefits.

Results depend on numerous external factors beyond MNT’s control.

  1. Membership Benefits & Modifications
    Membership Benefits may evolve over time.

MNT reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or discontinue specific features, provided the overall nature of the Membership remains consistent.

Changes to individual benefits do not constitute grounds for refund.

  1. Content & Image Use
    Suppliers are responsible for ensuring all submitted content is accurate, lawful, and properly licensed.

By submitting content, Suppliers grant MNT a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for platform and marketing purposes.

MNT accepts no liability for disputes arising from Supplier-provided content.

Suppliers agree to indemnify MNT against claims relating to intellectual property or content misuse.

  1. Liability & Indemnity
    MNT accepts no liability for loss, damage, or business interruption arising from Membership participation.

Suppliers are solely responsible for their business dealings with couples or third parties.

Suppliers agree to indemnify MNT against claims arising from their participation.

  1. Force Majeure
    MNT shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

  2. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales (UK suppliers) and the Republic of Ireland (Irish suppliers).

  3. Acceptance of Terms
    By subscribing, paying Membership fees, or maintaining an active Membership, Suppliers confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
