MNT: Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions


This Referral Agreement is entered into between:

Make New Traditions (“Merchant”), registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11555414), and

You (“Referrer”).

By participating in the referral programme, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Definitions

Referral Website
Any website, platform, or channel used by you to promote Merchant Products.

Merchant Website
make-new-traditions.com

Merchant Products
The products and services listed in Schedule 1.

Promotional Content
Merchant’s logos, branding, product descriptions, links, and marketing materials.

Converted Lead
A new customer who registers and completes payment for Merchant Products via your referral activity.

  1. Promotion & Usage

You may promote Merchant Products using authorised Promotional Content.

Merchant retains full control over Promotional Content and may request modification or removal at any time.

You are solely responsible for:

• The operation and maintenance of your Referral Website
• Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and regulations
• The accuracy of any statements made in your promotions

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Merchant against any claims arising from your promotional activities.

  1. Tracking & Compliance

You must use Merchant-approved tracking mechanisms to ensure referrals are correctly attributed.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• Consumer protection regulations
• Advertising standards
• Data protection legislation, including the Data Protection Act 2018

Paid promotions must be clearly disclosed.

Your Referral Website must not contain unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, violent, or inappropriate content.

  1. Commission & Payments

You will earn £50 commission per Converted Lead.

Commissions are payable three (3) months following the successful transaction.

Commissions are uncapped and payments are issued monthly.

Merchant retains sole discretion in determining:

• Lead qualification
• Eligibility for commission
• Commission approval

  1. Licence & Intellectual Property

Merchant grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Promotional Content solely for referral purposes.

You may not:

• Alter Promotional Content without permission
• Claim ownership of Merchant branding or materials
• Register or use confusingly similar trademarks or domains

All Promotional Content must be removed immediately upon request or termination.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.

Immediate termination may occur if a party:

• Breaches this Agreement
• Fails to remedy a breach within 30 days of notice
• Becomes insolvent or enters liquidation

Upon termination, you must cease promotion and remove Promotional Content.

  1. Confidentiality

Any business, operational, or customer information shared under this Agreement must remain confidential.

Disclosure is permitted only where legally required.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Merchant’s liability is limited strictly to unpaid commissions.

Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including:

• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss

  1. Programme Modifications

Merchant reserves the right to modify:

• Merchant Products
• Commission structures
• Programme terms

Updated terms take effect upon publication or notification.

  1. General Terms

This Agreement is non-transferable without written consent.

The relationship is one of independent contractors.

Nothing creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

Notices must be provided in writing.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
