MNT: Submissions & Publishing Terms & Conditions

Scope of Submissions


MNT welcomes submissions for potential online and print publication. Submissions may include, but are not limited to, real weddings, editorial shoots, styled sessions, and guest contributions.

Submission of content does not guarantee publication. All submissions are reviewed at MNT’s sole discretion.

  1. What We Are Looking For
    MNT features real weddings, editorial content, and inspirational material that aligns with the ethos, aesthetic, and values of the platform.

Editorial submissions should provide genuine inspiration and must not be overtly promotional. Promotional placements are available via MNT advertising options.

  1. Approval Criteria
    For real wedding submissions, at least one participating supplier must be a current MNT Member.

For editorial or styled shoots, submissions must feature multiple MNT Members.

MNT reserves the right to decline submissions that do not meet platform standards, quality expectations, or brand alignment.

  1. Content Requirements
    Contributors are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content:

• Is accurate and not misleading
• Is lawful and compliant with applicable regulations
• Does not infringe third-party rights
• Is suitable for publication

MNT reserves the right to edit, refuse, or remove content deemed inappropriate, inaccurate, or misaligned.

  1. Photography & Media Assets
    By submitting images or media, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content or hold appropriate permissions
• All necessary consents (including from couples, photographers, venues, and suppliers) have been obtained
• The content may legally be published

MNT may crop, resize, or make minor visual adjustments for layout, formatting, or presentation purposes.

  1. Supplier Credits
    Contributors must provide accurate supplier information.

While MNT will make reasonable efforts to credit contributors correctly, MNT accepts no liability for omissions or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information supplied at submission.

  1. Exclusivity Prior to Publication
    Where exclusivity is requested, submitted content must not be published, shared, or distributed on other platforms prior to its appearance on MNT.

  2. Exclusivity After Publication
    Once published by MNT, contributors agree not to republish identical content elsewhere for a period of four (4) weeks from the publication date.

  3. Grant of Rights
    By submitting content, you grant MNT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

• Use, reproduce, publish, and display the content
• Feature the content across MNT platforms, marketing channels, and promotional materials
• Retain and use the content indefinitely

This licence applies without time limitation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Indemnity
    Contributors agree to indemnify and hold harmless MNT from any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from submitted content, including but not limited to copyright, intellectual property, privacy, or consent-related matters.

  2. Editorial Discretion
    MNT retains full editorial control over all published material, including selection, presentation, editing, and placement.

  3. Acceptance of Terms
    Submission of content constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
