If your venue is remote or there's a significant distance between ceremony and reception, arranging guest transport is a thoughtful gesture. At minimum, include clear information about transport options in your invitations or wedding website.

A clear quote should include the vehicle, hire period, collection and drop-off locations, a named driver, waiting time, any decorations included, and what happens if the vehicle breaks down. Always check cancellation terms and insurance.
