I’m Brendan - owner, operator, and all-round maker of excellent drinks at Red Panda Coffee. I serve speciality-grade coffee, hot chocolate, and tea from a lovingly converted 1990 Fiat Panda, bringing a little retro joy and a lot of flavour to your wedding day.

Good Coffee For Good People

Before this, I spent many years working as a theatre performer, writer, and director - a career that brought immense reward and its fair share of challenges. My love for theatre is as strong as ever, but I felt the pull to create something of my own. Something that brought together another passion - coffee and food - while still giving me room to stay connected to the stage.

Coffee had to come first. That’s why I partnered with Red Bank Coffee Roasters, whose focus on sustainability and traceability aligns with my own values. Their beans are consistently exceptional, and through them I discovered Bare Bones chocolate and Canton teas - both committed to quality in the same way I am. I can also provide cakes, chai, and a full range of iced drinks to round out your menu.

And yes — the Fiat Panda was a must. As a true ’90s kid, its iconic boxy silhouette and simple retro charm have always stirred something in me. Practical, playful, and unmistakably unique - the perfect match for Red Panda Coffee.

How It Works

My setup is small but mighty. I can run fully off-grid for festival weddings or park up outside a venue, plug in and start pouring. Perfect for post-reception caffeine, wedding-breakfast pick-me-ups, or rolling in the morning after. I also have an indoor coffee bar I can wheel into place when outdoor access isn’t ideal.
