Refunds & Returns Policy

We hope you love everything you buy from the Make New Traditions shop, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Tags (if applicable) are still attached

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your item

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the return address and any next steps.

Please note: We are a small independent business and cannot cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Digital products

  • Event tickets

  • Magazines or subscriptions

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Refunds

Once we’ve received your return and confirmed it meets the return conditions, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or faulty item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order number — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
