MNT Events: Supplier Terms & Conditions
Definitions
“MNT Events” / “Organisers” refers to MNT and its representatives.
“Supplier” refers to any business, individual, or organisation booking an exhibition space or otherwise participating in an MNT Event.
“Event” refers to the exhibition, fair, or show organised by MNT Events.
Bookings & Payment
A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received by MNT Events.
All fees must be paid in advance of the event. Failure to pay on time may result in the booking being cancelled without notice.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Strict No Refund Policy: Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds or cancellations, or transfers will be permitted under any circumstances.
This includes (but is not limited to) personal reasons, low sales performance, inability to attend, or changes in business circumstances.
The policy is in place due to the significant upfront investment required by MNT Events in advertising, venue hire, and operations.
Event Promotion & Attendance
MNT Events invests in targeted advertising campaigns to attract the right audience.
Whilst events typically attract between 350 – 1,000+ attendees for 1-day events and 700 – 1,000+ attendees for 2-day events, no specific number of attendees is guaranteed.
Suppliers acknowledge that footfall can vary and MNT Events accepts no liability for lower-than-expected attendance.
Bookings & Sales Performance
MNT Events does not guarantee bookings, sales, or leads for suppliers.
While many suppliers report significant returns on investment, this is dependent on the supplier’s own products, services, and engagement with attendees.
MNT Events will not be liable for any financial loss, lack of bookings, or unsatisfactory outcomes experienced by a supplier.
Supplier Responsibilities
Suppliers must arrive on time to set up within the allocated period and must vacate promptly at the end of the event.
Suppliers are responsible for their PAT Testing their own equipment, displays, insurance, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
Any damage caused by a supplier to the venue or equipment will be charged to the supplier.
Suppliers are not permitted to promote any outside suppliers at the event who have not paid to take part.
Liability & Insurance
Suppliers exhibit at their own risk. MNT Events accepts no liability for loss, theft, damage, or injury arising from participation.
Suppliers must obtain adequate public liability insurance and insurance for their stock, equipment, and staff.
Force Majeure & Event Disruptions
MNT Events reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel an event in circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Road closures, transport disruption, or accidents
Government regulations, pandemics, or public health measures
