Hi, I’m a chef-turned-baker who makes wedding cakes and cupcakes that taste as unforgettable as they look. After training as a chef and baking for friends and family for over twelve years, I now create bespoke wedding cakes from my own kitchen, each one designed to reflect the couple it is made for.

I believe every couple deserves a cake that feels personal. My work ranges from playful 3D sculptures to elegant five-tier centrepieces. Nothing is off limits. I take pride in turning ideas into beautiful, edible works of art that your guests will remember for years.
A collaborative design and tasting process
I love getting to know the couples I work with. Our process is simple and fun:
Consultation - We meet to talk about your wedding, your style and memorable details you might want to include.
Tasting - You try a selection of cake flavours from my 20-plus menu so you can choose your favourites.
Digital sketch - While you taste, I’ll sketch your cake idea digitally so you leave with a visual of what your cake will look like.
Confirmation - I finalise the design, confirm timings and any dietary requirements, and prepare your bespoke cake for the big day.
Flavours you will actually talk about
I keep the flavour list fresh and adventurous. Options include Cherry and Almond, Honey and Pistachio, classic Lemon sponge, and many more. I cater for dietary needs including dairy-free and gluten-free options, and I update flavours regularly so there is always something new to try.

I work from my home kitchen and take commissions by appointment. For the best availability please book early. Consultations include tasting and a sketch so you can see your cake before it is baked.
